MOVE. BUILD. ACHIEVE.
Starting to move is hard. Continuing to move is harder. Weβre making both easier.
You already know what to do. What you have been missing is a reason to start today and people who notice when you stop. Ten minutes counts here.

The gap
You have tried before. The tracking was never the problem.
You bought the watch. You downloaded the app. You started on a Monday and it held for about a fortnight. Nothing was wrong with you: you were doing it alone, with nothing at stake and nobody noticing. That is the part we fixed.
How it works
Four steps to your first challenge.
STEP 01
Move your way
Walk, run, cycle or do cardio, in or out. Ten minutes still counts.
STEP 02
Graded on effort
Sessions are scored relative to you, so a brisk walk can earn an A.
STEP 03
Earn as you go
Every session pays out puzzle tiles, quest reveals and fresh XP.
STEP 04
Come back
Streaks and a habit plan keep you going, one good day at a time.
The motivation engine
What gets you out the door on the day you would rather not.
Community
You never move alone here, and the group notices when you go quiet.
Stakes
A challenge, a prize, a cause, or your own streak. Something real is at stake.
Habit
Effort graded against your own start, so progress is always within reach.
Wherever you sit on the leaderboard, your effort is scored against your own baseline and verified on your device, so a beginner and a regular can both have a good day.
Who itβs for
Nobody starts alone here. Somebody brought them.
Individuals
Start where you are, and keep going with people you know.

We had over 200 users join the challenge and 75 of them moved during the challenge across 40 cities in 12 countries. 22 of the 48 teams made the board, and all the contributing members of those 22 teams covered 1,796.47 km.
